Dr. Kim graduated from dental school in 1986 and finished his Ph.D in Implant Dentistry in 1995. He also finished his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) resident training in 1990. He attended his post-graduate fellowship in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Louisiana State University (LSU) in 1996. He worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of OMFS at LSU Dental School from 1996-1999.
