Dr. Andrew Philley is a native East Texan and attended Baylor School of Dentistry. He joined Dr. Ivan McKinney after graduation and they worked together for seven years. Dr. Philley understands that you may not be thrilled at the thought of going to the dentist, either because of dental phobia or because of expenses. That’s why he’s developed Philley Dentistry to help patients both during the procedure and otherwise. Dr. Andrew Philley was born in Overton, TX and attended Overton High School. After graduation, he attended Texas A&M University. He graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Baylor University in 2012, and shortly thereafter joined Dr. Ivan McKinney, Jr’s practice in Tyler, TX. Dr. Philley understands the reality that most dental patients are scared, be it of the procedure, of the bill, or of spending a lot of time in a waiting room.
