Dr. Morton grew up in Texas and graduated from Columbus High School in Columbus. She went on to study at the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her Registered Nursing degree. Dr. Morton worked in the intensive care unit at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas before deciding to further her education at the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry at Houston, where she graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Morton understands the importance of good oral health and how it relates to the entire body. Not only does she offer restoration and treatments to improve the appearance of a patient’s smile, but her goal is to teach her patients how to maintain healthy oral habits. Dr. Morton is highly regarded for her education and experience with the most advanced technology and her genuine care for patients. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Morton enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and traveling. She resides in Athens, Texas, with her husband, Dr. James Morton.
