An East Texas native, Dr. Meagan Fancher knew from a young age she wanted to help others through medicine. A turning point came during a college mission trip to Peru, where she hiked through remote villages offering toothbrushes and dental hygiene instruction to villagers, making a real difference in their lives. After earning her undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, Dr. Fancher went onto the University of Texas School of Dentistry, where she graduated in the top 10 percent of her class and was selected as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. If she’s not at the practice seeing patients, you’ll find this busy mom driving her three children to many sports activities, from t-ball to soccer. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her kids—Raylan, Reid and Lawson. The family also loves to travel, ride horses and attend church services.
