Dr. Shawn, co-founder of Smilebody, completed his undergraduate studies at California State University Northridge (CSUN), where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. He graduated with honors in 1995 from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry (UOP) in San Francisco. After graduating from UOP, Dr. Shawn continued his education with a one-year residency program focused on cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery. Dr. Javid is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the California State Dental Association, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, the Holistic Dental Association, the Internet Dental Alliance, and the San Fernando Valley County Dental Society (SFVDS).
