Dr. Guzek is a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana. He is a graduate of Morton High School, Hammond, IN. Dr. Guzek also graduated from Purdue University and Northwestern Dental School in Chicago. He met his wife, Kelly Kralik, while attending Northwestern. After graduation he joined the practice of Richard Altenhof, DDS and Steven Holm, DDS. Dr. Guzek and Kelly reside in Valparaiso along with their three children, Emily, Andrew, and Nathan.
