Dr Dean Boldin

Dr. Boldin was born April 8, 1960 in Gary, Indiana. After graduating from Munster High School in 1978, Dr. Boldin attended Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a major in Chemistry. He attended Indiana University School of Dentistry, where he graduated with a degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. In September of 1990, Dr. Boldin opened his solo practice in Valparaiso on Campbell St. In March of 2000, the practice moved to a new facility at 402 Marquette Street, where Dr. Boldin currently practices. He performs general dentistry, bite alignments, complex treatment planning, and full mouth reconstruction. Dr. Boldin has a special interest in dentures, which he believes has become a lost art. He has a strong commitment for quality care and customer service. Dr. Boldin has participated as a member of the Northwest Indiana Peer Review Board and has attended numerous continuing education courses at the Pankey Institute for Advanced General Dentistry.
