Dr. Lavin grew up in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, a suburb outside of Philadelphia. She attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Public Health. She pursued her dental education at Temple University in Philadelphia, achieving Summa Cum Laude honors in both her Doctorate of Dental Medicine and her undergraduate studies. Before founding her practice, Dr. Lavin spent several formative years with the Health Service Corps, where she delivered essential dental services to underserved populations. Today, she remains an active member of the American Dental Association and the Seattle Study Club, continuously advancing her education and training. Beyond the office, Dr. Lavin loves to spend time at the beach with her husband and golden retriever. You might also catch her on the pickleball courts spending time with her friends, or at her local church, where she enjoys teaching kindergarten Sunday school.
