Dr Keren Sperling

Dr. Keren Sperling is an American Board-Certified Periodontist and Dental Implant Surgeon serving the DC Metro and Northern Virginia communities. She is recognized for her expertise, precision, and dedication to advancing oral health. Education and Training: Dr. Sperling completed her specialty training in Periodontics and Dental Implant Surgery at New York University (NYU), learning from internationally renowned leaders in the field. Prior to NYU, she earned a Clinical Master’s Degree in Perio-Pathology from Tel-Aviv University in Israel with highest honors, and a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the same institution. She also practiced as a general dentist, gaining broad clinical experience before focusing on periodontology. Professional Philosophy: Guided by the belief that “knowledge is power and education is the premise of progress,” Dr. Sperling is deeply committed to lifelong learning and teaching. She lectures regularly on periodontics, dental implants, and oral health to fellow professionals and the community. Academic & Leadership Roles: Founder, The Sperling-Zimvie Study Club – fostering collaboration and advanced learning among dentists. Former Faculty, Department of Periodontics, Virginia Commonwealth University.
