Dr. Mai Koussa's childhood visits to her family dentist sparked an early interest in the field of dentistry for her. She maintained that passion through her entire youth, eventually going on to George Mason University in Fairfax. Dr. Koussa earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at George Mason University and then followed that by earning a DDS degree at MCV/Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond. She has now been working with dental patients in the Fairfax area for more than a decade. Dr. Koussa works with patients ranging in all age ranges, including babies, toddlers, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Part of Dr. Koussa's commitment to her patients is keeping up to date on all the latest advances in the dental field. To this end, she serves as an active participant in the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Northern Virginia Dental Society. As an implant dentist, she also maintains memberships in the Academy of Implant Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantology. The cornerstone of Dr. Koussa's dental care philosophy is patients' comfort. Every patient is made to feel welcome, and all questions and concerns are always promptly addressed. Gentle dentistry is one of the main goals at All Pro Dental Care -- Dr. Koussa strongly believes that a gentle touch can make all the difference regarding patient relaxation and overall comfort.
