Dr. Anh Bui grew up in the small southeast Texas town of Orange. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas in Austin. She then received her doctorate at the University of Texas Health Science Center dental branch in Houston in 2008. Afterwards, she completed a general practice residency at the Michael E. Debakey V. A. Hospital in Houston where she was able gain valuable clinical skills and provide much needed dental care to veterans. Dr. Bui is licensed to provide conscious sedation, a tool that is helpful for nervous or anxious patients. She believes that everyone should have a positive experience when they visit the dentist. She also enjoys working with children, especially being able to introduce them to preventive dental care early on.
