Dr. Matthew M. Miller graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2007, upon which he became a commissioned Officer in the United States Navy and holds the rank of Lieutenant Commander. During his Naval career he completed a General Practice Residency and an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Exodontia Fellowship. Dr. Miller held many leadership roles in the US Navy including the dental and intern medical department heads on a US Naval warship. Additionally, he is certified in moderate conscious IV sedation, and has many hours in continuing education regarding oral surgery and advanced implant dentistry. He has practiced at many Naval/Marine Corps hospitals, clinics and ships throughout his career, in addition to the many years he later practiced in the civilian sector. Dr. Miller thoroughly enjoys providing dental and oral surgical care to patients of all ages.
