Dr. Ahmed Tamim, DDS, MD is a dual-degree, board-eligible Oral Maxillofacial and cosmetic surgeon. He graduated from NYU College of Dentistry with OKU honors (omicron kappa upsilon) after earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. He then attended Louisiana State University in Shreveport , LA where he earned his medical degree (MD) and then completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training. Dr. Tamim then completed a Full-body and Facial Cosmetic Surgery fellowship in Oklahoma. Dr. Tamim is always researching new innovative surgical techniques to apply in his practice. He co-authored a book chapter titled “Cleft Lip and Palate Patient Rhinoplasty.” And published an article in The American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery titled “Temporomandibular Joint Reconstruction with Simultaneous Deep Plane Rhytidectomy: A Case Report.” When not at work, Dr. Tamim loves spending time and traveling with his wife and daughters. He is also a professional bridge player. Dr. Tamim loves playing soccer and is a huge Chelsea club fan.
