Dr. Kenneth Shumate, born and raised in Washington D.C., graduated from T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria, VA. He was a mathematics teacher, track and football coach. He attended High Point University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. He is a member of the National Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration, American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, Patuxent Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry.
