A Southern California native, Dr. Fernando earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the renowned New York University College of Dentistry. His education emphasised both clinical excellence and compassionate care. After completing his training, he relocated to the Bay Area and joined Olympic Dental Walnut Creek in 2018. Dr. Fernando remains committed to ongoing professional development, staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuous education. He’s also passionate about community outreach, believing that dentistry is about more than just teeth—it’s about people. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, cooking and hosting dinner parties, and exploring new cultures through travel.
