Dr. Michele grew up in Madison Heights and is an alum of Bishop Foley High School. She finished her Bachelor of Science from Oakland University in 1986. Dr. Michele attended the University of Michigan for dental school and received her D.D.S. degree in 1990. She immediately joined her father Dr. Stanley Tulak, at Marlow Family Dental where she currently is a practicing partner with her husband Dr. Christopher Gorecki. Dr. Michele has an extensive amount of research experience in dentistry both nationally and internationally as well. She has been a member of the Sigma Xi scientific research society since 1991. She had the honor of having her research published in 1991. Dr. Tulak-Gorecki is a member of several professional dental organizations locally, regionally, and nationally, including the ASDA, AAWD, AGD, ADA, and MDA. Dr. Michele has also held several leadership positions. She is a past Secretary/Treasurer and President of the Michigan Dental Association. In her free time, Dr. Michele enjoys volunteering at charitable events such as the Mission of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile. She also gives of her time at St. Mary’s Catholic Community in Royal Oak in several capacities. She is a proud mom of two daughters.
