Dr. Sarah Feltz was born in Changsha, China, and was adopted with her twin sister as infants by her loving family, and raised in Southington, Connecticut. She graduated from Syracuse University with her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and completed a General Practice Residency Program at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. During her training, she developed a vested interest in treating and improving the oral health of people with disabilities.
