Dr Kambez Shukoor

Dr. Shukoor began his dental career by enlisting in the Navy as a dental assistant and subsequently became a dental prosthetic technician. He enrolled at Old Dominion University while on active duty and graduated with a Bachelor's in Biology and a minor in Psychology in May 2005. He then began dental school on a US Navy scholarship at Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated in 2009. His Navy career included tours in Bahrain, Japan, aboard the USS Blue Ridge and the Washington Navy Yard. After providing care for active duty sailors and marines, Dr. Shukoor purchased his own private practice office. He is a Navy Reservist Commander, serving as the Commanding Officer of NRC Washington VTU.
