Dr Roger Badwal,

Roger Badwal, DMD, MD, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Danbury, Southbury, and Ridgefield, Connecticut. Dr. Badwal completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto before pursuing his doctorate in dental medicine at the University of Connecticut. After graduating, he spent one year at the University of Vermont Medical Center as a hospital intern, and an additional six-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Soon after, Dr. Badwal received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1997. He is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, as well as the chief of the division of oral and maxillofacial surgery at Danbury Hospital, where he is actively involved in teaching general practice residents. Dr. Badwal is a board-certified oral surgeon through the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
