Dr. Rose graduated from the University of Connecticut (UCONN) School of Dental Medicine. She completed General Practice Residency at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, where she graduated top of her class. She concentrated in different areas of cosmetic and general dentistry with special focus on TMJ (Temporo-mandibular Joint disease), Emergency Dentistry and Endodontics. She completed her Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering and Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Wright State School of Engineering in Ohio. Dr. Rose has affiliation and clinical privilege at St Mary's Hospital. Dr. Rose is active in her community. She volunteers in different organizations in the region. She is involved with Mission of Mercy, providing free dental care. Since graduating from UCONN, she continues to inspire and teach pre-dental students. Dr. Rose is married to Dr. Fattahi, Chief of Neurology at St. Mary's Hospital, and they have two young sons, Aiden and Liam.
