Dr. Al-Bitar graduated magna cum laude from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2013. He continued on to the Marquette University School of Dentistry and earned his DDS, graduating cum laude in 2017. Dr. Al-Bitar pursued his passion for periodontics at Marquette University, where his leadership and care distinguished him as chief resident. He received a certificate in periodontics and a Master of Science for researching the connection between periodontal disease and overall quality of life in May 2020. Dr. Al-Bitar received the highest academic achievement by becoming a diplomate of the Board of American Academy of Periodontology and is board certified in periodontology and dental implant surgery. Dr. Al-Bitar is a member of the American Dental Association®, Wisconsin Dental Association, Greater Milwaukee Dental Association and American Academy of Periodontics. Outside of dentistry and periodontics, Dr. Al-Bitar played for the UW-Oshkosh men’s tennis team and continues to enjoy playing tennis in his free time. He enjoys the outdoors, learning about history, and keeping up with current movies and technology. Dr. Al-Bitar also welcomes patients in the languages of English and Spanish.
