Dr. Hanna Cao brings a rich heritage and unique perspective to Wellesley Hills Dental as a second-generation dentist. Her journey in dentistry began even before dental school, where she worked as a dental lab technician - an experience that cultivated her exceptional hand skills, meticulous attention to detail, and deep understanding of crafting teeth that are both beautiful and functional. After earning her BA in Psychology from Brandeis University, Dr. Cao pursued her DDS degree at SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2012. Her outstanding performance in general dentistry earned her the prestigious Academy of General Dentistry award for her graduating class, with a particular excellence in aesthetic dentistry. Driven to expand her expertise further, she completed an additional general practice residency in Brooklyn, where she broadened her skills across all aspects of dentistry, with a special focus on restorative care, emergency treatments, and caring for patients with special needs. Dr. Cao's commitment to excellence is reflected in her dedication to continuing education, having completed hundreds of hours of additional training to stay current with the latest dental techniques and technologies. Her ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin Chinese allows her to serve a diverse patient community.
