Dr. Sophia Thankaraj graduated with her dental degree from India. She did her post-doctoral training in a general practice residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH where she earned her certification in conscious sedation. She served as Chief Resident in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department at Miami Valley Hospital (MVH). She is on Medical Staff at MVH where she holds a faculty position in the GRP Program. She works with Dental Residents to provide access to dental care for underserved and special needs patients in the community. She is caring, gentle, patient and passionate about providing quality dental care to her patients.
