Dr. Brian Kirkland grew up in Landenberg, PA, before heading south to attend Clemson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering with a focus on Materials Science in 2015. He then pursued his passion for dentistry at the James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine at MUSC, graduating with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2019. Dr. Kirkland is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred care and is an active member of the South Carolina Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. He enjoys treating patients of all ages and continually expands his expertise through continuing education courses. His passion for service extends beyond the office—while at MUSC, he traveled to La Gonave, Haiti, on a dental mission trip to provide essential care to underserved communities. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kirkland enjoys golf, outdoor adventures, and spending time with his wife, Grace, and their dog, Byrnes. A proud Clemson Tigers fan.
