Nikki is a native of Lexington, SC where she was homeschooled and graduated in 2010. She starting working in dentistry as an orthodontic assistant when she was 18 and fell in love with the field of dentistry. After working as an assistant for 6 years she got her Associates at Midlands Technical College and graduated in 2019. After graduation, Nikki practiced hygiene for 5 years in a local private practice before joining the team at Five Towers in the Spring of 2024.
