Dr Gué was born in Orangeburg and graduated from Orangeburg Preparatory School. He received his B.S. in Biological Sciences from Clemson University. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2005. While attending Dental School he was President of his class for all four years and was awarded the 2005 Student Award. Dr Gué is a member of the ADA, SCDA, and SC Academy of Implant Studies.
