Dr Dan Pinar

Dr. Dan Pinar has been practicing dentistry since 1998. Known for his gentle touch and precise technique, he’s also deeply valued by patients for his warmth, clear communication, and attentive listening. Originally from a small town in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Dr. Pinar spent eight years at the University of Michigan, earning both his undergraduate and DDS degrees. He then practiced in New York City for eleven years before heading to Los Angeles in 2009 in search of sunshine and new challenges. That same year, he joined the West Hollywood dental office of Dr. James K. McFadden. When Dr. McFadden retired in 2016, Dr. Pinar continued the legacy, eventually expanding the practice into what is now Pinar & Wagner. “I’m a firm believer in conservative treatment,” says Dr. Pinar. “Taking the time to do smaller, more thoughtful dentistry often leads to the best—and most lasting—results.”
