Dr. Amanda finds a lot of joy in working with children. Her warm and nurturing demeanor makes visits to the dentist a playful endeavor. She believes that each child is unique, and feels it is a privilege to get to know your family. She loves seeing all kids, and has a particular interest in special needs. She studied child psychology and graduated on the Dean’s List at the University of Pennsylvania. She went on to publish research at Harvard University, where she worked in underserved communities throughout the greater Boston area. She moved to the Big Apple to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) and Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from Columbia University. She completed her pediatric specialty training at Montefiore in the Bronx, NY. Dr. Amanda is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She has been named one of the Top Doctors in New York. She is an active member of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the New York State Dental Association. In her free time, Amanda enjoys yoga and catching some stand-up comedy.
