Dr. Weitz was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from Shaker Heights High School in 1972, Kenyon College 1976, and Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1979. After dental school, he worked at Ohio State Penitentiary, then managed an office in Cleveland until 1994, and purchased a practice in Lorain, Ohio. Memberships: American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Lorain County Dental Society. Staff at Lakewood Hospital, Kendal at Oberlin, adjunct at Lorain County Community College Dental Hygiene School since 1999.
