Dr. Christine Sikora is a 1991 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, but her passion for treating teeth dates back further and has its roots in the fine dental care she received as a child. Growing up in a small southeastern Ohio town near Gallipolis, she first went to Shawnee State in Portsmouth, Ohio, where she received a degree as a dental hygienist. She worked as a dental hygienist in Richmond, Kentucky, before heading back to school to pursue a dental degree. "I received regular dental care as a child and wore braces for years. I always looked forward to my dental visits and had a positive experience," Dr. Chris says in explaining what led to her career. "I think it is so rewarding to help people get out of pain and to help people cosmetically."
