The practice entered a new chapter when Dr. Ron’s brother, Dr. Scott Arndt, joined the team in 1986. Dr. Scott served North Ridgeville and the surrounding communities for 39.5 years, along with educating Kindergartners in the North Ridge City Schools for over thirty years. Dr. Scott founded the Max Arndt Scholarships for senior North Ridgeville students applying for health care careers in college. For nearly four decades, Dr. Scott carried forward the family legacy and continued to serve generations of North Ridgeville families. Retired in December 2025.
