Dr. Cooke graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Professional Studies. He entered the School of Dentistry at Case Western Reserve University and was awarded a US Navy Dental Scholarship. Following Graduation, he served three years as a Lieutenant in the United States Dental Corp. Dr. Cooke returned to Cleveland in 1978 and began his private practice. He was granted a faculty position at the School of Dentistry at Case where he taught from 1978 until 1985. Today, Dr. Cooke maintains a full time private practice in Westlake, Ohio. He is an active alumnus in the L.D. Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Education, having completed its postgraduate curriculum in 1994. He maintains current membership in the Greater Cleveland Dental Society, Ohio Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
