“My goal is to form long-term relationships with my patients, while also being able to improve people’s lives - medically, socially, and cosmetically - through my dental skills.” Outside of her collegiate studies, Dr. Shahbandar has completed extensive training in orthodontics, cosmetic surgery (including Botox and dermal fillers), and TMJ treatment. She has also earned a fellowship in Implant Dentistry. Dr. Shahbandar is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. “Every patient is family.” Dr. Shahbandar was born in Appleton, Wisconsin. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active and being outdoors! She enjoys running and playing tennis. She also loves to go skiing and hiking. Dr. Shahbandar’s friends and family are her life. When she is not at the office or on an outdoor adventure, she is sure to be found spending time with her husband and three children at their home in Hinsdale, Illinois.
