My pathway to dentistry began at ProSmile in 2006, where I started as a laboratory technician, crafting high-quality dental prosthetics that have become a hallmark of our practice. I was drawn to the unique blend of art and science in dentistry, especially the meaningful service that people receive through an improved and healthy smile. I had an exciting opportunity to watch and learn from several of my family members practicing dentistry at ProSmile over the years. The mentorship I received demonstrated a patient-centered artistic approach to compassionate care and motivated me to further pursue a career in dentistry. I earned my bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, followed by a master’s degree in modern human anatomy and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. During my time there, I was honored to receive the American Equilibration Society Outstanding Senior Award for my commitment to temporomandibular disorders and orofacial pain, as well as the Pierre Fauchard Academy Award for outstanding academic achievement in dentistry. Throughout my career, I have provided dental care at community health centers and clinics across Colorado, gaining valuable experience in comprehensive patient-centered dentistry. I am happy to be back at ProSmile, working alongside an awesome team dedicated to delivering exceptional care. When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my family. My wife and I have two wonderful kids and a golden retriever. As a Colorado native, I enjoy golfing, playing guitar, snowboarding, and biking—taking full advantage of everything this beautiful state has to offer.
