At the age of ten, Dr. Fornal promised he would construct a set of teeth for his mother. Seventeen years later, he kept that promise and made her perfect fitting dentures. Dr. Fornal's promise became his passion. After graduating, he practiced general and pediatric dentistry. He met Dr. Beron and partnered to form Fullerton Family Dentistry in Chicago. A few years later, they expanded to the DuPage and Kane County area to open Aurora Dental Care and West Chicago Dental Care. His mission is to provide full service, state-of-the-art general dentistry within a safe, caring and progressive environment.
