Graduated from the Catholic University of Saint Mary in Peru, Dr. Alan Gutierrez has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry for over 20 years. His interest started in middle school after having his father Dr. Abraham Gutierrez, a former Professor of Dental medicine and a pioneer in autogenous dental transplants (1968), as a mentor. He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), San Gabriel Dental Society, Hispanic Dental Association, International Association for Orthodontics, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Academy of Laser Dentistry. Dr. Gutierrez is highly qualified in restorative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery (partial and complete bony extractions), pedodontics, cosmetics (veneers, inlays, onlays), and periodontics (hygiene, gingivectomies, crown lengthening). He believes in advanced preparation and has received training by some of the most prestigious clinicians and institutes in the country.
