Dr. Alenna Monet attended the University of Maryland College Park where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and was a student athlete on campus. Afterward, she attended Georgetown University to earn a Masters in Physiology. Following her masters program she attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Monet received additional training at Christiana Care Hospital for a General Practice Residency Program. She is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Monet is very compassionate and wants to create a calm anxiety-free environment for her patients to feel comfortable in her care. She is passionate about dentistry, and improving patients’ oral health through patient education. Dr. Monet loves to crochet and anything that deals with arts and crafts. She is friendly and loves to make her patients smile. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
