Dr. Dan was born and raised in Wilmington, DE. He is married to Teresa “Pie” and has 2 wonderful children: Sophia and Danny, Jr. He graduated from A.I. DuPont High School and the University of Delaware. In 1990 he received his Dental Degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA. He was awarded Delegate of the Year, Region 10 by the American Student Dental Association and completed a General Practice Residency at the Medical Center of Delaware. Dr. Dan has completed extensive training in continuing education at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study and the prestigious Pankey Institute. In addition, he has earned a Fellowship in Implantology at the Misch International Implant Institute. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Delaware State Dental Society, and the ICOI – International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has been a member Pierre Fauchard Academy – an International Honor Dental Organization. Aesthetics without sacrificing function is Dr. Dan’s priority. Every patient will have a customized game plan for their mouths. Dr. Dan has also been involved as a member of the American Equilibration Society, which studies the relationship between the temporomandibular joint, muscles of mastication and how they relate to a person’s dental occlusion.
