Dr. Forni is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He is a Board-Certified Dentist in the state of Florida. He has been practicing in Lake Wales since 2001. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's in Biology. Dr. Forni graduated dental school at the top of his class, receiving high honors and dean's list recognition. He is the former President of the Polk County Dental Association, and an active member of the Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Dental Implant Association. Dr. Forni supersedes requirements for continuing education to offer patients the latest procedures and techniques. He has completed postdoctoral training in esthetic, cosmetic, and implant dentistry, and focuses on gentle care with function and beauty.
