Dr. William E. Chen, founder and CEO of Chen Dental in Sebring, Florida, is a Highlands County native who established his practice in 2005 after earning his D.M.D. from the University of Florida. Over the past two decades, he has grown Chen Dental into a leading practice serving more than 14,000 patients annually from across the U.S. and beyond, earning multiple honors including nine “Best Dentist” titles and several business and leadership awards. Deeply committed to giving back, Dr. Chen has raised over $600,000 for local and national charities and integrates strong financial and biblical principles into his work and community efforts. He also founded Chen Dental Lab, the first in-office digital lab in Highlands County, and serves as President of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Outside the office, Dr. Chen enjoys an active life filled with surfing, fishing, and family adventures with his wife, Geri, and their three sons.
