Dr. Edgar E. Mendoza is a dedicated and experienced dentist committed to providing his patients with exceptional dental care. Dr. Mendoza's journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the prestigious State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1986. While pursuing his dental studies, Dr. Mendoza demonstrated his passion for community service by co-founding the South Park Inn Dental clinic for the Homeless in 1990. This early experience solidified his commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others. In 1995, Dr. Mendoza joined Drs. Harvey Waxman & William Pollack, honing his skills and expertise. Upon their retirement, he partnered with Dr. Patricia Slinin to rebrand the practice as 1010 Dental on Elm, relocating it to its current convenient location. Dr. Mendoza is known for his friendly and empathetic demeanor, putting even the most anxious patients at ease. He prioritizes building long-term relationships with his patients, focusing on preventative care to ensure their smiles stay healthy and beautiful for years to come. Dr. Mendoza's commitment to continuous learning is evident in his extensive training at the prestigious Spear Education Facility. He has gained advanced knowledge in occlusion, esthetic dentistry, TMJ dysfunction, and complex dental case management, ensuring he provides his patients with the latest and most effective treatments.
