Born and raised in the valley, Dr. Jess Bremerman is an enrolled tribal member of the Yakama Nation and a passionate advocate for the oral health of her community. With 14 years of experience as a public health dentist, she has dedicated much of her career to serving minorities and underserved populations in the Yakima area. She mentors students, organizes health fairs, and engages in community outreach, demonstrating her commitment to making a difference. A 2010 graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry, Dr. Bremerman also holds undergraduate degrees in biochemistry and american indian studies from UW. For ten years, she was a faculty member for the Northwest Dental Residency and an affiliate faculty member for the UW RIDE program. Her leadership includes serving on the executive committee of the Yakima Valley Dental Society (2011-2014) and being a board member of the Society of American Indian Dentists (2015-2022). Outside of her professional life, Dr. Bremerman enjoys cheering on her three boys at basketball games alongside her high school sweetheart.
