Dr Nate O’Connor

Prior to entering practice in the Yakima Valley Dr. Nate O’Connor had the benefit of an exceptional educational and training background. Dr. Nate received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He continued his training with advanced post-graduate studies in a general practice residency with an emphasis on dentures, implants, and oral surgery through the Veteran Affairs Hospital Long Beach/University of California Irvine. Upon completion of his residency he returned to his hometown of Yakima, joining his father in 2006. Dr. Nate pursues ongoing education and training, staying informed of the latest techniques in the field. In addition he is an active member of several highly regarded professional organizations, including the Yakima Valley Prosthodontic Society, Washington State Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He has served as an officer of the Yakima Valley Dental Society. He has participated in various service projects such as Husky Smiles and Children’s Sealant Day.
