Dr William Shin

Dr. William Shin is passionate about helping patients achieve real, life-changing results—whether he’s relieving dental pain or transforming a smile. With a calm, friendly demeanor and a meticulous clinical approach, he takes the time to educate each patient on their treatment, walking them through every step until they see the final outcome. For Dr. Shin, the most fulfilling moment is when he gets to show patients the result of their care—and witness their reaction. Born in Boston but raised across Boston, New Jersey, Korea, and North Carolina, Dr. Shin brings a diverse perspective and strong sense of adaptability to his work. After earning his master’s in biomedical sciences and completing extensive implant training—including coursework at the Linkstone Implant Academy—he continues to expand his skills through ongoing education. He joined Smile Culture Dental in 2024, where he thrives in a team he describes as both synergistic and fun. Outside of the office, Dr. Shin enjoys spending time with his wife, mom, and sister, whom he proudly says “get along better than anyone could ask for”. In his free time, you’ll often find him exploring new places to eat—because, as he’ll tell you himself, “I like to eat. A lot.”
