Dr. Maggie Leung, Board Certified Pediatric Dentist graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics before completing a post-baccalaureate pre-medical program at Harvard. Dr. Maggie went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center where she also rotated through Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Subsequently, Dr. Maggie advanced her specialty training and completed a Pediatric Dental Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Maggie is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Her extensive training provided her with knowledge and experience in all scopes of pediatric dentistry including management of odontogenic infections, dentoalveolar trauma, behavioral management, dental treatment under sedation and dental care for special needs patients. She also achieved certification of proficiency in laser dentistry recognized by the American Board of Laser Surgery. As a pediatric dentist, her goal is to foster healthy and positive relationships with her patients and their families while guiding them toward a lifetime of excellent oral health.
