She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from New York University, where she developed a strong foundation in the sciences. Dr. Shim then advanced her education at the New York University College of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Following graduation, she completed a rigorous General Practice Residency at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, NY, where she received advanced training in various dental specialties including prosthodontics. She is recognized for her thorough, compassionate, and personalized approach to patients of all ages.
