Dr. Alan Chernosky was born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario. After completing his Honours Bachelor of Science degree at Lakehead University in 2006, he pursued a Masters of Science degree. He then took interest in dentistry as a career. In 2012, he proudly graduated from the University of Saskatchewan’s dental school program in Saskatoon and returned home. He is grateful to be a part of Pawliuk Dental as an associate dentist, alongside an exceptional team. Outside of the office, he occasionally contributes his expertise at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Center as an assistant to the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons with trauma, grafting, and orthognathic cases. In 2019, he married his partner Rachel in Ireland and now has a son, Oliver. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, gardening, golfing, cross-country skiing, and engaging in DIY projects around the house, always seeking to keep busy and learn.
