Mr Rachel Freudmann

Rachel has been caring for patients for over 17 years in private practice, both in the UK and for the past few years in Australia (Melbourne). She is the newest asset to our team, sharing a passion for high quality dentistry with an emphasis on preventive care whilst using a minimally invasive approach. Her qualifications and wealth of experience match her approachable and friendly personality; she is both confident and skilled in providing all aspects of general dentistry for children and adult’s alike. Alongside private practice in Melbourne, Rachel also held a teaching role as clinical demonstrator to undergraduate students at the University of Melbourne Dental School Having graduated from Leeds University Dental School in 2007 she embarked on further training, including Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons (MFDS) before completing a postgraduate certificate (PG cert) in Endodontology and a PG cert equivalent in Restorative Dentistry from The Tipton Training Academy. As a young mother (now a proud ‘Beaconsfield local’ with her husband, three children and their Cavapoo Ralph), Rachel found her interest in treating children and young adults grew. Educating and advising on the importance of fluoride, diet and excellent oral hygiene in the prevention of dental decay underpins her clinical values. She is confident treating accidental dental injuries relating to growing teeth, and making mouthguards for sports . Her interest in treating early dental problems for certain breathing/speech issues, and malocclusions, means she understands the importance of a multidisciplinary approach and the supports close working relationships with local ENT colleagues, speech therapists and orthodontists. Rachel is also accredited for Invisalign.
