Jakub graduated from King’s College Dental Institute, London in 2017. After qualifying, he worked in a general dental practice in Nottingham for 5 years before joining Thackeray Dental Care in 2022. Before Jakub trained to become a dentist he had obtained an MSc in Molecular Medicine from Imperial College London. He was awarded a distinction for his final research dissertation at Hammersmith Hospital, London, which was subsequently published in two international scientific journals. Jakub offers a wide range of dental treatments. He has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry with a minimally invasive approach and in teeth straightening using clear orthodontic aligners. He is committed to the ongoing development of his skillset in order to provide the highest possible standard of care for his patients. He is currently undertaking further postgraduate training in cosmetic orthodontics and advanced aesthetic restorative dentistry. Jakub is a compassionate dentist and strives to connect with his patients and help them feel safe and cared for, while also instilling comfort and confidence through clear, friendly and effective communication. Jakub is bilingual in English and Polish. He worked as a medical interpreter for multiple NHS hospitals and GP surgeries whilst studying at King’s College London. In his spare time, he is a keen musician. Jakub was trained as a classical concert pianist and he plays several musical instruments. He enjoys producing new music and listening to old vinyl records with his Fiancée
