Neil qualified BDS (University of Witwatersrand) 1970, Higher Diploma in Dentistry 1978 and the MSc (Dent) Endodontics 1982. He was admitted to the Specialist Register in 1999, when it was formed by the General Dental Council (United Kingdom). Neil has had vast experience in all aspects of general dentistry, working as a private family practitioner for many years, prior to limiting his practice to Endodontics. Neil has been a senior lecturer in Endodontics for both undergraduate and postgraduate students at several universities, including the University of Witwatersrand, Stellenbosch and The Royal London Dental Hospital. In addition to this, he has also lectured extensively and given course presentations both locally and abroad.
